The principle of high-speed machining programming for CNC lathes is mainly related to the CNC servo system, processing materials, and tools used. When using CAM system for NC programming, tool selection, cutting amount and selection of appropriate machining parameters can be set according to specific conditions, and the choice of machining method has become the key to high-speed machining NC programming. How to choose a suitable machining method to carry out CNC programming of high-speed machining reasonably and effectively, the issues that need to be considered are mainly related to the following aspects:
1. When using CAM for CNC programming, do everything possible to ensure the smoothness and stability of the tool movement path. When the tool needs to make a sharp turn, the machining center should perform pre-deceleration in advance, and then increase the movement speed after completing the turn. This is mainly to avoid excessive inertial impact, resulting in inertial overcut or damage to the machine tool spindle.
2. In high-speed machining, the moving speed of the tool is very high, and the tool used is usually very small. Therefore, a fixed tool load should be maintained during the machining process. Because the uniformity of the tool load will directly affect the life of the tool, and if the tool load is too large, tool breakage will occur, which directly affects the machine tool spindle.
